What we collect
When you request an estimate or contact us through the site, we collect:
- Your name and contact information (email, phone)
- Project details you choose to share (service type, budget range, message, preferred contact method)
- Basic technical metadata (submission timestamp, IP address used for spam protection)
We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we do not request payment, social security, or financial-account information through this website.
How we use it
- To respond to your estimate request and schedule consultations
- To follow up about your project and provide proposals
- To prevent spam and abuse of our contact forms (via Cloudflare Turnstile)
- To send you email notifications you've requested (with one-click unsubscribe)
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing.
Service providers we use
To run this website, we use a small number of vetted service providers:
- Lovable Cloud / Supabase — website hosting, database, and authentication for our internal lead dashboard
- Cloudflare — content delivery network, DDoS protection, and form bot detection (Turnstile)
- Resend — transactional email delivery for notifications and replies
- Google Search Console — search performance analytics for our public website pages
How we protect information
- HTTPS/TLS in transit across the entire site
- Database access restricted by row-level security; lead data is only readable by authorized admin accounts
- Bot protection on contact forms
- Access to the internal admin dashboard requires authentication and an admin role
No online service can guarantee absolute security. We work to follow reasonable practices appropriate to a small business website.
Retention
We retain contact-form submissions for as long as needed to communicate with you about your project and to keep records of work performed. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us at the address below.
Your choices
- You can request a copy or deletion of your information by emailing us
